There's no trick to it. Re-hosting a file involves downloading from one host and uploading to another. As ViperGirls mandates that filehost links must be presented as a free to download option this means that anyone that has access to the links can do this. There are a few exceptions, and you can review the guidelines here. From the guidelines...

2.4.4 - You may not post links to content that require registration or a premium account to download.

If your finding that you want to download a lot of content from a particular host (in this case filejoker) and speed is an issue, you can always consider a subscription as well.
